Résumé La peinture est un mélange de particules solides finement pré-dispersées, elle s’étale en couche mince sur toutes sortes de matériaux pour former après séchage ou réticulation un revêtement jouant un rôle protecteur et/ou décoratif. La peinture époxydique est l’une des peintures en phase solvant, elle est composée d’une base contenant des liants polymères époxydiques, qui réagissent en contact avec le durcisseur pour un séchage chimique. Dans le cadre de ce projet nous sommes intéressés à fabriquer et contrôler deux peintures époxydiques, puis étudier la résistance chimique et mécaniques pour deux cas : une application monocouche, et une application multicouche. Les résultats du contrôle prouvent que l’application multicouche (système protecteur) améliore la résistance du film de peinture. Abstract The paint is a mixture of finely pre-dispersed solid particles, it is spread in a thin layer over all kinds of materials to form, after drying or crosslinking, a coating playing a protective and / or decorative role. Epoxy paint is one of the solvent-based paints, it is composed of a base containing epoxy polymer binders, which react in contact with the hardener for chemical drying. As part of this project we are interested in manufacturing and controlling two epoxy paints, then studying the chemical and mechanical resistance for two cases: a single-layer application, and a multi-layer application. The results of the control prove that the multilayer application (protective system) improves the resistance of the paint film.
