Processus de la production et de contrôle qualité d’un produit générique phanazol crème dermique 1%

Abstract

Résumé L’analyse des médicaments de la forme pâteuse (crème) nécessite des techniques analytiques spécifiques et sensibles. Le but de notre étude est la caractérisation et le contrôle des matières premières, puis la fabrication et caractérisation de produit fini (PHANAZOL 1% crème dermique) jusqu’à le conditionnement. Le crème phanazol est un médicament antifongique efficace. Le suivi de sa production ainsi que l’analyse physico-chimique et microbiologique effectué, nous a permis la conformité de ce médicament selon les normes pharmacopées européennes. ملخص تطلب تحلیل الأدویة على شكل معجون (كریم) تقنیات تحلیلیة محددة وحساسة. الھدف من ھذه الدراسة ھو توصیف المواد الخام ثم تصنیع وتوصیف المنتج (فنازول 1٪ الجلدي). وصولا إلى التعبئة والتغلیف. كریم الفنازول ھو دواء فعال مضاد للفطریات. ان مراقبة انتاجھ وكذلك التحلیل الفیزیائي والكیمیائي والبیولوجي الذي تم إجراءه سمح بمعرفة مدى مطابقة ھذا المنتج (الدواء) لدستور المعاییر الأوروبیة للدواء. Sammury The analysis of drugs in the paste (cream) form requires specific and sensitive analytical techniques. The aim of our study is the characterization and control of raw materials, then the manufacturing and characterization of the finished product (PHANAZOL 1% dermal cream) up to packaging. Phanazol cream is an effective antifungal medication. The monitoring of its production as well as the physicochemical and microbiological analysis carried out allowed us the conformity of this medicine according to European pharmacopoeia standards.
