الثنائية اللغوية وإشكالية تعليم وتعلّم اللغة العربية

Abstract

ملخص كثرة البحوث والدراسات المهتمة بتعليم وتعلم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها أما دراسة تعلم وتعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بها فهو من الدراسات التي غفل عنها جل اللغويين العرب اعتقادا منهم بأن اللغة العربية بخير والحقيقة ان اللغة العربية ليست في وضع ملائم في العالم العربي بصفة عامة والجزائر بصفة خاصة بل هي في حالة حرجة حقاث اصبحت تمثل مشكلة موضوعية لا مجال لإنكارها وإنما وجب البحث فيها ومواجهتها انطلاقا من الواقع اللغوي و العربي والجزائري المتميز بظاهرة الثنائية اللغوية. Abstract: The large number of research studies interested in teaching and learning of the Arabie language to non-native speakers learn the study and teaching of Arabie speakers is out of studies that overlooked the bulk of Arab linguists believing that the Arabie language was fine. The fact that the Arabie language is not in a favorable position in the Arab world in general and Algeria in particular, but is in a truly critical situation where he has become a problem of substance is no room for déniai, but must be searched and confront the basis of linguistic reality and the Arab and Algerian outstanding bilateral phenomenon of language (the language classical Arab / Arabie language slang).
