Abstract

The Algerian legislator and judiciary have recognized many privileges towards administration to allow it carry out its work and achieve the public interest of the society. However, the wide powers enjoyed by the public administration may make it arbitrary towards the rights of individuals and infringe their public freedoms; this is why the legislator and the judiciary provide legal means between the hands of individuals through which they can use the judiciary to protect their rights from attacks by the administrative public authorities in the state.
