Détermination Du Profil Morphologique Par Poste De Jeu Des Footballeurs Algériens Cas De L’equipe Nationale Olympique U23

Abstract

The objective of our research work is to determinate the morphological profile of our Algerian Olympic national soccer’s team under 23. Our sample consists of 36 players with an average age of (21,14 ans ± 0,93) years with (10±4ans) years’ experience in sport. We based on the anthropometric method in order to determine the morphological differences existing between players according to the level of practice and compartment of play. The principal components analysis was used to select seventeen (20) parameters,estimated as the most representative of the morphological development of our football players from the Olympic national team. This selection of parameters allowed us to go out with a profile of our Algerian soccer’s.
